Always a Choice is delighted to be hosting this year´s Human Element European Update.
This update will focus on:
“FIRO Theory as the pillar for sustainable change”
From different angles we will approach the current development in organisations and we will create an insight on the added value that the FIRO Theory and The Human Element have to support these developments.
Together we will create four days of interaction and new insights.
While the programme is still under development we can already inform you that we will have Max Herold (Author of “An Introduction in Spiral Dynamics”) with us. He will lead us into the Spiral Dynamics theory and will build an insight in what levels of development we can experience in individuals, organisations and cultures. During his presentation Max will build the bridge between this development and the FIRO Theory.
Come and join us at the Baak Seaside (www.debaakseaside.nl) in The Netherlands between May, 12 and May, 15. Looking out over a beautiful seaside you will have the opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones and we can share and learn together.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to re-energise and re-focus your ideas, listen to new and exciting developments within the community, network - and of course we will have fun! The cost for the event is € 750,= plus VAT per person (including bed, breakfast, lunch and evening meal).
